Attico Nikolina - 50m dalla spiaggia!

Positive: I recently stayed at Penthouse Nikolina – 50 m to beach! and absolutely loved it. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is simply unbeatable — literally a minute's walk (approx. 50 m) to the beach, which made spontaneous seaside breaks a breeze. The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-appointed. It includes two separate air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with amenities like a dishwasher, oven, fridge, and even cleaning supplies. The terrace and balcony are perfect spots to relax after a day exploring Makarska. Everything was spotless and organized. The cleaning standard was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The apartment comes with free private parking and Wi-Fi, which added great convenience to our stay. This penthouse is a gem for anyone visiting Makarska—whether you're a couple, family, or just friends. The convenience of being steps from the beach, combined with high-end comforts, a spotless interior, and an exceptional host, creates a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended! Negative: The only downsides we experienced were in the bathroom and with the ceiling height. The shower area was a bit uncomfortable to use, and in some parts of the apartment the ceiling is lower, so we occasionally bumped our heads.

Positive: Vse...veliko posode, pečica,mikrovalovna pečica, pomivalni stroj, čistila, prašek..ni da ni.. vse tipi topi!!! Negative: Imeli smo električno kolo, ki ga ni bilo mogoče nikjer polnit ( stopnišče, garaža), tako, da ga je bilo potrebno nosit na teraso v stanovanju...

Positive: Неймовірна локація, дизайн квартири, сервіс. 50 м до моря. Все як на фото. Квартира зроблена як для себе. І в ній є абсолютно все.

Schönes Apartment im 4.OG ohne Aufzug mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und wunderbaren Blick Positive: Sehr gepflegtes Apartment im 4.OG mit großer Terrasse und schönen Blick. Hochwertige Ausstattung mit sehr viel Stauraum. Sehr zentrale Lage, sodass alles zu Fuß erledigt werden kann. Urlaub ohne Auto möglich. Negative: Leider gibt es keine Raum ohne Dachschrägen, die zudem sehr unangenehm sind. Sowohl in Küche, Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern ist unter den Dachschrägen kein aufrechtes Stehen möglich, was bei einer Körpergröße von nur 1,85 auf die Dauer unakzeptabel ist.
